The photograph I posted has a great deal of meaning behind it. Even Greg couldn’t get goofy with this one. In fact his submitted title is:
Life’s Mysteries
God’s Miracles
I know they all will be beautiful and the chosen title will become the permanent title of this personal photograph taken by a friend of mine and Lisa’s. Cindy has had the “once red” rosebush for over twelve years now. Shortly after Aaron was killed (before his memorial) Cindy took this picture to show us the proof. For twelve years this rosebush had produced red roses, and then one red rose became yellow, as seen in the photograph. Within weeks the whole bush changed into yellow roses.
I also remember two Easter lilies being born at the apartments I had stayed in at Lubbock, and where we kept Dad during his radiation and chemo (forever indebted to Tonya). I was sitting outside with Dad, Tonya, and the apartment manager when I noticed them. A new one next to each of the two front gates.
Our Father gave us many miracles during this crushing time. This one is in living color.
