Virgie Bell's View: Counting Sheep

The movie, Lambs to Lions, is not doing well at the box office, which is not at all surprising. Finally we heard Meryl Streep in there pitching in order to pull this film up into something that would not be a total bust, but to no avail. If she doesn't have a script she doesn't have a plan. In her interview with Diane Sawyer she proved to be just as silly as any other of the lame brain moviezoids. Ms. Streep could shave her head and remove her undies and she would not make an impact now. When will they ever learn that we associate their politics as empty headed at best?

Broadway lights have dimmed in New York. The writers have struck for more money for the job of coming up with something that would at least put the overpaid and overrated actors back on stage. On their own merit and with their own words they prove to be not much more intelligent than Anna Nicole Smith. Ms. Streep included. Where they chose to base an entire movie on someone as clueless as Robert Redford is beyond me. This is a film with his point of view and nothing but his view. If you’ve ever watched Rosie on The View making a fool of herself, then you have already heard all that is to be said from the Hollywood set. You could get that free in your own living room. No need to go to the theater and pay for more. With Redford’s looks gone, he can no longer play the romantic lead. He is history. I am just sorry that I had anything to do with his success.

Hillary Billary Dock, the rat ran up the clock, or ran for the President of the United States of America. Even the most illiterate among us knows that she knew that questions had been planted. If we have not caught on to the Clinton Crap by now, then we are truly in serious trouble. Bill Clinton is another one like Mr. Redford. No one is that enamored of his charms anymore. If these two make it back into the White House we will be right back in that same situation as before. The most there would be to hope for with the Clinton’s would be a Wedding for Chelsea that would put the Prince Charles theatrics to shame. Starring role would have to go to the father of the bride as he walks her down the aisle. Can't you just see his eyes, tearful, as he pats her hand tenderly? I think Chelsea has had a boyfriend or two. I saw a photo of her in a heavy lip lock with some guy one time, but she remains a stage prop for this trio. Drag her out from under the wispy little smiles and adoring gazes at the latest Clinton running for president and you don't see her.

Anyway, SUPPORT THE TROOPS!
