Virgie Bell's View: Cuffs on the chin

It certainly does look that Hillary Clinton will be the contender for the Democratic Party. If one will take a close look at those who are running against her, then it should come as no surprise. Oh sure, Obama is still in the running. For those of us who really care about our way of life, this is truly a desperate time in our history. The thing is: there is just no good choice in any of the Democratic contenders. Try looking at Hillary and her record. What has she really accomplished? Marriage to Bill Clinton. Period...end of story. Her using Sandy Berger as adviser to her campaign says it all about her. Mr. Berger is the very one who sneaked documents out of the archives. He of course claimed it was an honest mistake on his part. Documents do not fall into your socks and underwear by an honest mistake. I take stuff like this very personal. Those were my documents. They were kept in my archives. Yes mine and every other American citizen past, present, and future. We were robbed and lied to by Sandy Berger. Mr. Berger also did not need to cover anything he did. If his guilt involved only his interests, then it would really not surprise me ... nor interest me all that much. I would wait in rapt anticipation for information just about as quick as I would want details of Dennis Kuchini’s or for that matter Ron Paul's love life. There is a polite term for such creatures Uninspiring.

Sandy Berger is a short, roley poley babyish man. The only reason anyone would look at him twice is he has a dimple in his chin. Other than that, he is invisible, or was. Now he is my personal enemy. No one in my country elected him. No one. He was appointed by President Clinton as National Security Adviser. To stand guard in the protection of my country and countrymen. Nothing surprises the American people any more. God only knows we turn a blind eye to all that our leaders do. After all, they were chosen by someone somewhere. Mr. Berger wasn't trying to protect himself. Who was he covering for? Were we going to find out that Clinton was an adulterer, a liar goof-off with charm? No ...With this man we have had to overlook everything, and anything. With both men.

I read a day or so ago that Ron Reagan Jr. was and is an atheist. Who cares? He spoke at the Democratic Convention saying, “I guess everyone is surprised to see me in this capacity.” If it had not been announced who he was, no one would even have known. Long ago I remember reading that he was a ballet dancer. The only reason I heard about it was because he was the son of a president. Complete history is son of president, became a ballet dancer who is confirmed atheist. Much like Sandy Berger with no redeeming curtsy chin dimple. No one could pick him or Patty Reagan out of a line-up. ZZZZZZZ.... Same huge yawn for Sandy Berger ... up until. Who cares if he gets paid or not. It is an insult to my intelligence that he is not behind bars. The Clinton’s proved to me what they were a long time ago. I helped put this two for the price of one couple in charge of my country. Guilty as charged. I will not take a chance on another eight years. There is just something slimy about the whole thing, you know? SUPPORT THE TROOPS!
