A little about your name... Gary Glenn Grigsby

Your mother tHE dRamA qUeeN gave your middle name to you because of this man! This cover is from 1962- your year,GG...

P.S. Don't feel bad. My name came from a romance novel her Aunt was reading, and then of course, the first name was dropped from my life... somewhat.

Here's a NASA bio link on John Glenn

Just thinkin'....

Hello everybody!

My hubby is on vacation this week, so I’m going to vacation with him some.

Check back after the 20th of February for further posts from myself or Virgie Bell. Meanwhile, others may or may not post, but anyway, don’t forget to have a wonderful
Sweetheart’s Day and be sure to ply your Valentine with tons of lovely baubles and dark chocolates!

53!

I turned fifty-three today and it’s been one of the greatest birthdays ever. I got the most beautiful ever gifties! Everything a girl could want from perfume and a Tiffany lamp to a toolbox! And I did so want my toolbox. I had a $5.00 set of tools that I kept at my little apartment in Lubbock when I was going to school that grew legs and left me once I got back home in a more permanent manner. I had kept the tools stored in a heavy-squared box (that a perfume gift set had once been in!) and one by one, my light tools disappeared. Greg made good and got me an even cuter set at Christmas but they came without a home, so now I have my own little tool box with new tools and Greg gathered up my old set as well.

Anyway, it has been a great day. I wanted to share this neat card from my sister. She always has given me neat cards or prints with two little girls on them. Check this one out! I thought it was perfect!

I see Semper Fi Mom’s photo has brought in a few titles today. How cool is that?

Tomorrow is Jerrod’s birthday. I smile when I think of Aaron reminding me of Jerrod’s birthday.

“Yeah, Aaron, I remember. Duh, it’s one day after your Mother’s!!!”

Take care and Semper Fi!
