My improved with (note 2 battalions! each) BLUE BEAUTIES and I catch the helmet again! 5oo buckarooies for Mama! At this point I'm thinking I'm going to burn him fast, but then it gets a little boring, he starts landing on Iwo Jima and Eagle, Globe and Anchor. He increases his wealth with a few bucks here and there as well as 2 GET OUT OF JAIL FOR FREE CARDS. To non-Monopoly players I would add that at this point, jail is the very best place for the little man. It's with such Glee that I write this.Now that's a lie. The head of the man has sunken lower and lower. No more extra snapshots. The TELLER hat at the Bank window has zero tolerance for changing of coin. It's a sure bet I'm going to win. It's just a matter of slow dreadful non-talking or laughing or ice-crunching time.
"I'm going to kick your butt legal just to show you that I can. Let's finish it out," I say. "After this we can make deals, I like that better anyway,"
It's late. I'd nearly rather be asleep than finish the quiet game. "What happened to all the 'this is fun, huh?' comments? I ask.

Greg's revenue at the start of the finish of the game. This is where we'd left off. I was just getting out of jail. He has the three yellow properties with 1 battalion on each of them. Those are his few little dollars there beside his property, which I always managed to land on every time I came around (truth be known, I have liked these properties the best since I was Dean Martin.) Toward the right top corner you will note a little snippet of the much property turned to its white and mortgaged side. No collection of rent, though it be small sums of income, I would caution the man that his bank roll could have handled a $14. credit from time to time! (smirk ;)
How we're sitting.... I'll get out of jail tomorrow night as I've sat in jail for three rolls now. Where are those doubles when you really need them? See those 2 blue beauties there next to GO? Those are mine and they will become ladled with battalions that turn into regiments that turn into GOLD FOR ME! Yep, it's the old BOARDWALK. You can see that my cash flow is getting a little tight, but Greg is in hock up to his ears!
My very first roll = 5 which lands me on Whalla! 1st Marine Division! Yes, I bought it!
I purchase my 2nd Division, which is 3rd Marine Division. I just need 4th Marine Division now because I also bought 2nd Marine Division, so right now Greg pays me $100. each time he lands on one, which he's landed on it 2 or 3 times so far. Yes, our 3o minute game break lasted for 3 game break times.
Instead of hotels, you buy Battalions and such. Look at the properties. The tokens are cool too. Does anybody else have one of these? Greg's toss of the dice beat my 4 (is that a snake eyes, a double snake eyes, or is that a 1 that is called snake eyes?) to go first.
Greg is the helmet and I am the boots. Not only does Greg roll first, he is also the Banker. I made a mature decision on this. I've had quite enough to do with coins for a while! LOL!
Remembering Aaron
The cookbook, U.S. Marine Cuisine, put together by Lubbock Marine Parents will have almost 200 recipes and will be a padded 3-ring loose-leaf binder. It's comparable to any cookbook found in an upscale retail store. It will also come with a bookstand that stores inside the binder when not in use and will hold the cookbook open and upright for hands free cooking. It’s at the publisher’s now, but should be available soon after the first of July. Lubbock Marine Parents will be charging $12.00 (+$6.00 s/h if you have to go that route).
Flag Gazer is well known for her generosity and constant support of our troops. She's passed this info along, and I know this is a good cause.
