An immense mural on the side of a hangar at Rio Hato, former U.S. Army base during WW II, later reverting to the Panama Defense Forces, forms a backdrop for this portrait of a soldier of the 7th Infantry Div (L) after the base was captured. Rio Hato, located on a superb Pacific beach, was the site of one of General Noriega's luxury homes. Large quantities of arms were stored there.**(Just wait 'til we get to some of the photos of Noriega's home!)
