Virgie Bell's View: Commuzuela

Hugo Chavez took over the last oilfield in Venezuela a few days ago. Yesterday he announced that he will take over the banks in that country. He also has his eye on the biggest steel company. Just like that. It belongs to the government. And of course he is the government. In other words, this is a country that has become a communist country. Venezuela was a republic at one time. As far I know it was until Chavesz came to power. Make no mistake; it is communist to the core now. This country was supposed to elect a president every five years by popular vote, but under this dictator that privilege is gone. Oh yes, they had an election in which they had the choice of voting for Hugo Chavez. If not, they lost their jobs.

Venezuela broke ties with Cuba in 1961. It was under Castro's leadership at the time. Now it seems for some reason that Chavez cannot embrace Castro hard and fast enough. Cuba is a poor country. No one could call the country of Venezuela poor. Not with the large supply of oil and other natural resources, but the people of Venezuela are by and large under-educated. That is the ideal subject for a communist country. They handle the money, the people handle the labor. The people of this type of dictatorship are always reduced to poverty. At the mercy of a cruel master that has no interest in their welfare. I have never understood why a nation can fall for such a ruse, but then I am the first to admit I have a hard time understanding why a nation fell victim to the Nazi Regime under Adolph Hitler, nevertheless, they did, and nearly conquered the world while they were at it. It was the lack of an oil supply that brought them down. That and Hitler's obsession in trying to destroy a complete race of people. The Jewish people. Out of millions they were reduced to a few hundred thousand. The reason for their destruction was that they were guilty of being Jews.

One must understand that all nations have to have a cause. They must have a vision and that requires the visionary. A leadership with the ability to pull the country together and to have a common goal. Hugo Chavez is a dictator. He has taken over the business of the big oil companies within the borders of that country. He is now taking over the banking of the country. He will control the money. Yesterday one or two of the oil companies were going to listen to the concessions he offers to them to stay to run these companies. Most of them are running out of there as fast as they possibly can, reminiscent of the Jews who got out of Germany while they could, they are leaving behind all they own and fleeing for their lives. These are citizens of other countries, those that have a place to flee to. Venezuela citizens are stuck. Oh it sounds great, the garbage that is coming out of this mad man’s mouth. Build a lean-to on anyone's land and it is yours. That is unless someone big enough comes along to take it away. Of course there is always someone bigger to come along, especially if it is the government.

As far as I am concerned, we can add this country to the list of the evil empires. The American people are the enemy of Hugo Chavez and Vladimir Putin is arming this regime. They are furnishing it with weapons in order to defeat their enemies. We, like the Jews are to be wiped out. To be destroyed off the face of the earth. Why? Because we were born in the USA.
