



These 6 history posts come from the same newspaper. I should also mention that while mine and Greg's Expeditionary Ribbon and combat patch come from Operation Just Cause, our National Defense Ribbon comes from Operation Desert Storm. Troops on active duty at the time of war all wear the National Defense Ribbon ribbon from that war. The combat patch is awarded to those who served in the region during that particular war. The unit patch is worn on the left sleeve and the combat patch is worn on the right. Thus, our shoulder patches were one and the same. EXPECT TO SEE THIS AGAIN!!! :)
