It is absolutely beyond me to understand the reasoning, the in-the-toilet judgment of John Edwards to have Danny Glover campaigning for him. Only a week or so ago, Danny Glover was literally embracing the Venezuelan Dictator Hugo Chavez, the very one who has taken away the rights of his own people. Soap operas are history as are cartoons for the kiddos and anything and everything that does not embrace his Communist Dictatorship. His military is firing rubber bullets at their own citizens, throwing tear gas into the crowds and he has threatened them with the real bullets if they do not simmer down, but they have sold out to a monster and the monster now rules. He has taken over everything that made that country into a viable country. This is the man that Cindy Sheehan gave the kiss on the cheek to. He is the one who came to the United States and stood before the UN and declared loyalty and aid to anyone that was in war with the United States of America. Anyone. The buddy and great admirer of Fidel Castro that had missile launch pads ready to blow us off the face of the earth. Hugo Chavez is an enemy of democracy; he is an enemy of the American people.
It has been said that Edwards will tank in the polls after this disastrous decision. That remains to be seen. I have never in my life observed this depth of absolute irresponsible behavior in just an average citizen, and yet he is running for the office of President of the United States of America while consorting with known enemies of our country. He is an idiot, he is insane, and he is contemptible. SUPPORT THE TROOPS!
