2 Days Before Christmas
Sorry about the 3 days, I must have been awfully busy staying in my maze. By the way the last two shelves of fridge have been completed. It's ready to go through the same ole process again. Isn't it funny how we start back over...so wearing. Hope your list is shrinking and is spotty, that means your prepping is on schedule. How about stockings? Are they ready to be stuffed? Tip: I have four stockings to stuff. I have each person's items in a separate bag with name on each, now late at night I can match the name and stuff. Left over wrapping paper stored away awaiting for next Christmas. If that has been completed you are looking good. Speaking of looking good, I did not do any foo, fooing. My cuticles are rough as corn cobs, new growth still sets sadly upon my head, dark circles still run deep. Maybe I should make that a New Year Resolution. Tip: If you didn't get a Christmas card to that someone special, send a Happy New Years card.
Hint: Read a scripture from your Bible, that can help to remind us how this all came about. There is where your peace is.
Christmas Eve is a very special time. Time to be with loved ones and see the sparkle in a child's eye...knowing the wait is almost over. Hint: Pray for the lonely, and for the sick. Christmas is a time to reflect and to let hatred fall down by the way-side. To miss those gone on and to enjoy the ones we are with. So yes it is time to put all the work and joy of shopping for that gift that is worth giving to its resting place. It is time to enjoy and celebrate.
