April 22, 2003

Marine CWO Andrew Todd Arnold, 30, of Spring, Texas.
Killed in a non-hostile accident with two other soldiers when a rocket-propelled grenade launcher they were firing for familiarization malfunctioned on a firing range near the city of Al Kut, Iraq. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Expeditionary Brigade, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Died on April 22, 2003.


Army Spc. Roy Russell Buckley, 24, of Portage, Indiana.
Buckley was aboard a M818 truck traveling in a convoy when he exited the passenger compartment, climbed into the trailer and did not return. Buckley was discovered lying on the side of the road with serious injuries. Medical aid was summoned and he was pronounced dead. Buckley was assigned to the 685th Transportation Company, Hobart, Indiana. Died on April 22, 2003.


Marine CWO Robert William Channell, Jr., 36, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Killed in a non-hostile accident with two other soldiers when a rocket-propelled grenade launcher they were firing for familiarization malfunctioned on a firing range near the city of Al Kut, Iraq. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Expeditionary Brigade, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Died on April 22, 2003.


Marine Lance Cpl. Alan Dinh Lam, 19, of Snow Camp, North Carolina.
Killed in a non-hostile accident with two other soldiers when a rocket-propelled grenade launcher they were firing for familiarization malfunctioned on a firing range near the city of Al Kut, Iraq. He was assigned to the 8th Communication Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Expeditionary Brigade, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Died on April 22, 2003.

April 22, 2004

THANKS PAT!
Army Spc. Patrick D. Tillman, 27, of Chandler, Arizona. Tillman died in Afghanistan when his patrol vehicle came under attack. He was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, Fort Lewis, Washington


Marine Cpl. Jason L. Dunham, 22, of Scio, New York.
Dunham died due to injuries received from enemy action in Al Anbar Province, Iraq. He assigned to 3rd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, Twentynine Palms, California. Died on April 22, 2004.




April 23, 2004

Army Pfc. Shawn C. Edwards, 20, of Bensenville, Illinois.
Edwards died in Samarra, Iraq, when his convoy vehicle hit an improvised explosive device. He was assigned to 121st Signal Battalion, 1st Infantry Division, Kitzingen, Germany. Died on April 23, 2004.

Marine Pfc. Robert A. Guy, 26, of Willards, Maryland.
Guy died as a result of a non-hostile incident near Al Karmah, Iraq. He was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Died on April 21, 2005.


April 22, 2005

Army Pfc. Gavin J. Colburn, 20, of Frankfort, Ohio.
Colburn died along a supply route in Iraq when an improvised explosive device detonated near his convoy vehicle. He was assigned to the Army Reserve's 542nd Transportation Company, Kingsbury, Indiana. Died on April 22, 2005.

April 23, 2005

Army Pvt. Robert C. White III, 21, of Camden, New Jersey.
White died at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, of non-combat related injuries. He was assigned to the 864th Engineer Battalion, 555th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade (Provisional), Fort Lewis, Washington.

Army Sgt. Anthony J. Davis, Jr., 22, of Long Beach, California.
Davis died in Mosul, Iraq, when a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device detonated near his Stryker military vehicle. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 24th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade, 25th Infantry Division (Stryker Brigade Combat Team), Fort Lewis, Washington. Died on April 23, 2005.


Navy Hospitalman Aaron A. Kent, 28, of Portland, Oregon.
Kent died from an improvised explosive device while conducting combat operations near Fallujah, Iraq. Kent was assigned to 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward), Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Died on April 23, 2005.


Army Cpl. Kevin W. Prince, 22, of Plain City, Ohio.
Prince died in Baghdad, Iraq, of injuries sustained in Iskandariyah, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his HMMWV. He was assigned to the 2nd Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, Fort Irwin, California. Died on April 23, 2005.

Army Capt. Clayton L. Adamkavicius, 43, of Fairdale, Kentucky.
Adamkavicius died of injuries sustained in Abu Ghurayb, Afghanistan, when he came under enemy small arms fire during combat operations. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's 149th Brigade, 35th Infantry Division, Louisville, Kentucky.

Allcott died of injuries sustained during combat operations in Baghad, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his HMMWV causing a fire. He was assigned to the 1st Squadron, 67th Armored Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Hood, Texas. Died on April 22, 2006.

Bouthot died of injuries sustained during combat operations in Baghad, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his HMMWV causing a fire. He was assigned to the 1st Squadron, 67th Armored Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Hood, Texas. Died on April 22, 2006.

Colnot died of injuries sustained during combat operations in Baghad, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his HMMWV causing a fire. He was assigned to the 1st Squadron, 67th Armored Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Hood, Texas. Died on April 22, 2006.

Lueken died while conducting combat operations against enemy forces in Al Anbar province, Iraq. He was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. Died on April 22, 2006.


Army Pvt. Travis C. Zimmerman, 19, of New Berlinville, Pennsylvania.
Zimmerman died in Baghdad, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his observation post during dismounted combat reconnaissance operations. He was assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 502nd Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Died on April 22, 2006.

Daniel died of injuries sustained in Taji, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his HMMWV during combat operations. He was assigned to the 7th Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Hood, Texas. Died on April 23, 2006.
